Busy July! (4th at the Beach, Train ride, Eli at T-ball Camp, trip to MN)

We spent a lovely 4th of July weekend at the beach house in Manzanita!  Fun times with family!

We took a train ride along the beach for more fun on Saturday...

Eli attended a T-ball camp for 4 and 5 year olds.  As he is not quite 4 yet, I had to call to get special permission for him to enroll.  He did so well!  He followed all of the coaches instructions like a champ! Here they are practicing alligator hands for fielding grounders, which came in handy for Eli on game day (the night of the last day of camp)...

Game day - the 2nd ball hit, comes to Eli, who...
Grabs it with alligator hands, takes a spill...
gets up and powers it to 1st!!!  He was the littlest guy out there, but held his own for sure!
Ready for the next ball!
 The on-deck circle...

 Up to bat!

 Great T-ball Camp, ELI!
Trip to MN!  Digging in the sand.
 Lots of boat rides

 Some fishing.
 Corn hole with cousin Nick
 Swimming

 More boat rides...

Lawn tractor rides, too.

We also visited a little science museum and Babe the Blue Ox and Paul Bunyon in Bemiji, and raced thru a little putt-putt golf course in Longville, and threw in some quality iPad time...

Boys with their 'spiked' hair heading to town with grandma and grandpa to hit up Frosty's for Superman ice cream.

 Science museum: Bernoulli Ball
Pitching machine with digital read out of pitch speed.
 Giant bubbles!
 Paul and Babe
 Putt-putt

The boys were actually awake when we drove thru Garrison this time...  We got to see the giant walleye!

July is still not finished yet! Ben is attending soccer camp this week, we have the Newberg Festival coming up this weekend as well as a wedding shower for Stephanie!! Phew.
