Here is the assembly process - cut the two cakes at a 45 degree angle all the way around - alternate colors, then frost - excavating a chunk for the 'dirt pile' of crushed oreos, of course.

Eli is one spunky, spirited kid. He sure cracks us up. His '2' stage is going to be a rough one, I think, but he will keep us laughing in between bouts of tantrums.
And the trip to see great grandpa Glenn and Claudia - the boys made them slices of play pizza with extra cheese sprinkles.
